3D Systems reported fiscal year 2006 executive compensation information on April 30, 2007.
In 2006, five 3D Systems executives received on average a compensation package of $560K, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Abraham N. Reichental, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 38% compared to 2005. 41% of Reichental's compensation, or $521K, was in salary. Reichental also received $444K in option awards, $266K in stock awards, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Fred R. Jones, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $516K, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $276K, was in salary.
Robert M. Grace, Jr, General Counsel, earned $409K in 2006, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin P. McAlea, Vice President, received $310K in 2006, which increases by 3% compared to 2005.
Charles W. Hull, Chief Technology Officer, earned $284K in 2006, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
