3D Systems reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 28, 2008.
In 2007, five 3D Systems executives received on average a compensation package of $472K, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Abraham N. Reichental, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which decreased by 17% compared to 2006. 51% of Reichental's compensation, or $550K, was in salary. Reichental also received $160K in non-equity incentive plan, $319K in option awards, as well as $39K in other compensation.
Robert M. Grace, Jr, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $395K, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $245K, was in salary.
Kevin P. McAlea, Vice President, earned $317K in 2007, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Charles W. Hull, Chief Technology Officer, received $314K in 2007, which increases by 11% compared to 2006.
Damon J. Gregoire, Chief Financial Officer, earned $264K in 2007.
