AAR reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 31, 2018.
In 2018, six AAR executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
David P. Storch, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.4M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2017. 27% of Storch's compensation, or $1.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Storch also received $99K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.5M in option awards, $941K in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $426K in other compensation.
John M. Holmes, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which decreased by 16% compared to previous year. 28% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Robert J. Regan, General Counsel, earned $2M in 2018, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Timothy J. Romenesko, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which decreases by 37% compared to 2017.
Michael D. Milligan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018.
Eric S. Pachapa, Chief Accounting Officer, received $690K in 2018, which increases by 13% compared to 2017.
AAR's fiscal year ends on May 31.
