AAR reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on August 28, 2020.
In 2020, six AAR executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
John M. Holmes, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 42% compared to 2019. 27% of Holmes' compensation, or $1.3M, was in stock awards. Holmes also received $756 of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $801K in salary, as well as $221K in other compensation.
Sean M. Gillen, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 76% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $556K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Christopher A. Jessup, Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2020.
Eric S. Pachapa, Chief Accounting Officer, received $1M in 2020, which increases by 17% compared to 2019.
Robert J. Regan, General Counsel, earned $811K in 2020, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
Jessica A. Garascia, General Counsel, received $340K in 2020.
