AAR reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on August 9, 2022.
In 2022, five AAR executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 92% increase compared to previous year.
John M. Holmes, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 199% compared to 2021. 67% of Holmes' compensation, or $8.3M, was in stock awards. Holmes also received $827 of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $327K in option awards, $925K in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
Christopher A. Jessup, Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which increased by 27% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $801K, was in stock awards.
Sean M. Gillen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2022, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Jessica A. Garascia, Chief Administrative Officer, received $1.7M in 2022, which increases by 9% compared to 2021.
Eric S. Pachapa, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $1.3M in 2022, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
