Abercrombie & Fitch reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on May 10, 2010.
In 2009, six executives at Abercrombie & Fitch received on average a compensation package of $7.6M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Michael S. Jeffries, Chief Executive Officer, received $36M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2008. 92% of Jeffries' compensation, or $33M, was in option awards. Diane Chang, Executive Vice President, earned $2.5M in 2009, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.
Charles F. Kessler, Executive Vice President Female Merchandising, received $2.4M in 2009, which increases by 1% compared to 2008.
David S. Cupps, General Counsel, earned $876K in 2009, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Jonathan E. Ramsden, Chief Financial Officer, received $744K in 2009, which decreases by 48% compared to 2008.
