Abercrombie & Fitch reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 26, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Abercrombie & Fitch received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 63% increase compared to previous year.
Fran Horowitz, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 42% compared to 2019. 57% of Horowitz's compensation, or $6.9M, was in stock awards. Horowitz also received $14K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $27K in other compensation.

Gregory J. Henchel, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2020, which increases by 88% compared to 2019.
John M. Gabrielli, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.2M in 2020, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
