ABIOMED reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 22, 2018.
In 2018, six ABIOMED executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael R. Minogue, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2017. 56% of Minogue's compensation, or $5.7M, was in stock awards. Minogue also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in option awards, as well as $718K in salary.
David M. Weber, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 20% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $942K, was in stock awards.
Michael G. Howley, Vice President and General Manager, Global Sales, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
William J. Bolt, Senior Vice President, Global Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Operations, received $1.6M in 2018, which decreases by 24% compared to 2017.
Michael J. Tomsicek, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
Ian McLeod, Chief Financial Officer, received $952K in 2018.
ABIOMED's fiscal year ends on March 31.
