Accuray reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 4, 2018.
In 2018, five Accuray executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Joshua H. Levine, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2017. 46% of Levine's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Levine also received $571K in non-equity incentive plan, $518K in option awards, $710K in salary, as well as $16K in other compensation.
Lionel Hadjadjeba, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which increased by 24% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $569K, was in salary.
Kevin Waters, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Alaleh Nouri, General Counsel, received $988K in 2018, which increases by 17% compared to 2017.
Andy Kirkpatrick, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, earned $919K in 2018, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Accuray's fiscal year ends on June 30.
