Adient plc reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 25, 2019.
In 2018, six Adient plc executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 42% decrease compared to previous year.
R. Bruce McDonald, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 43% compared to 2017. 77% of McDonald's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. McDonald also received $1.5M in salary and $1.7M in other compensation.
Eric S. Mitchell, Exec VP, received a compensation package of $4.8M, which decreased by 16% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in stock awards.
Jeffrey M. Stafeil, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.8M in 2018, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
Byron S. Foster, Exec VP, received $3.7M in 2018, which decreases by 46% compared to 2017.
Neil E. Marchuk, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
Cathleen A. Ebacher, Secretary, received $2.1M in 2018, which decreases by 52% compared to 2017.
Adient plc's fiscal year ends on September 30.
