Adobe Systems reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 10, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at Adobe Systems received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 117% increase compared to previous year.
Shantanu Narayen, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 143% compared to 2009. 53% of Narayen's compensation, or $6.5M, was in stock awards. Narayen also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.7M in option awards, $910K in salary, as well as $7.7K in other compensation.
Joshua James, Former, Senior Vice President, Omniture Business Unit, received a compensation package of $5.5M. 71% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in other compensation.
Mark Garrett, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.9M in 2010, a 107% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew Thompson, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, received $4.5M in 2010, which increases by 140% compared to 2009.
Kevin Lynch, Chief Technology Officer, earned $4.4M in 2010, a 92% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Tarkoff, Senior Vice President, Digital Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, received $4.1M in 2010.
Adobe Systems' fiscal year ends on December 2.
