ADT reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, six ADT executives received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 952% increase compared to previous year.
Timothy J. Whall, Chief Executive Officer, received $36M in total, which increased by 1,746% compared to 2017. 51% of Whall's compensation, or $18M, was in stock awards. Whall also received $915K in non-equity incentive plan, $16M in option awards, $937K in salary, as well as $156K in other compensation.
James D. DeVries, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $18M, which increased by 939% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in option awards.
Jeffrey Likosar, Chief Financial Officer, earned $12M in 2018, a 511% increase compared to previous year.
Donald Young, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and, since December 2018, Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Field Operations, received $10M in 2018, which increases by 711% compared to 2017.
Daniel M. Bresingham, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $10M in 2018, a 702% increase compared to previous year.
Jamie E. Haenggi, Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer , Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer , and, since July 2018, Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, received $8.5M in 2018, which increases by 876% compared to 2017.
