ADT reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 12, 2022.
In 2021, six ADT executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 60% decrease compared to previous year.
James D. DeVries, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which decreased by 47% compared to 2020. 62% of DeVries' compensation, or $4.6M, was in stock awards. DeVries also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $176K in other compensation.
