Advance Auto Parts reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Advance Auto Parts received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas R. Greco, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2020. 45% of Greco's compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Greco also received $2.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Jeffrey W. Shepherd, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 45% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Robert B. Cushing, Executive Vice President, Professional, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Reuben E. Slone, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, received $2.6M in 2021, which increases by 27% compared to 2020.
Jason B. McDonell, Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marketing and e, Commerce, earned $2.4M in 2021.
Advance Auto Parts' fiscal year ends on January 1.
