AdvanSix reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, five AdvanSix executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Erin N. Kane, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.8M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2020. 40% of Kane's compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards. Kane also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $750K in option awards, $919K in salary, as well as $62K in other compensation.
Michael Preston, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $615K, was in stock awards.
Achilles B. Kintiroglou, General Counsel, earned $1.6M in 2021, a 55% increase compared to previous year.
Kelly Slieter, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $1.1M in 2021.
Willem Blindenbach, Senior Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
