AECOM CEO Michael Burke's 2018 pay slips 6% to $16M

AECOM reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 23, 2019.
In 2018, five AECOM executives received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael S. Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2017. 72% of Burke's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Burke also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $418K in other compensation.
Randall A. Wotring, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
W. Troy Rudd, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.4M in 2018, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Carla J. Christofferson, Chief Legal Officer, received $2.8M in 2018, which increases by 3% compared to 2017.
John C. Vollmer, Group President, earned $2.2M in 2018.
AECOM's fiscal year ends on September 30.
