AECOM CEO Michael Burke's 2019 pay rises 2% to $16M

AECOM reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 23, 2020.
In 2019, five AECOM executives received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Michael S. Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2018. 69% of Burke's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Burke also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $373K in other compensation.
Randall A. Wotring, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
W. Troy Rudd, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.1M in 2019, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Carla J. Christofferson, Chief Legal Officer, received $2.9M in 2019, which increases by 3% compared to 2018.
Stephen J. Morriss, Group President, earned $2.7M in 2019.
AECOM's fiscal year ends on September 30.
