AECOM reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 30, 2023.
In 2021, six AECOM executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 46% decrease compared to previous year.
Troy Rudd, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2020. 48% of Rudd's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Rudd also received $3.8K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $499K in other compensation.

Lara Poloni, President, earned $3.1M in 2021, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Gaurav Kapoor, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2021, which increases by 66% compared to 2020.
David Gan, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2.6M in 2021.
Todd Battley, Chief Strategy Officer, received $1.5M in 2021.
