AECOM reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 30, 2023.
In 2022, five AECOM executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Troy Rudd, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.5M in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2021. 66% of Rudd's compensation, or $6.3M, was in stock awards. Rudd also received $4.1K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $282K in other compensation.
Lara Poloni, President, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in stock awards.
Gaurav Kapoor, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.5M in 2022, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
David Gan, Chief Legal Officer, received $2.5M in 2022, which decreases by 1% compared to 2021.
Todd Battley, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $1.8M in 2022, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
AECOM's fiscal year ends on September 30.
