Agenus reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, three Agenus executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Agenus
Garo H. Armen, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which decreased by 32% compared to 2017. 50% of Armen's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Armen also received $525K in bonus, $610K in salary, $144K in stock awards, as well as $4.1K in other compensation.
Jennifer Buell, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $986K. 38% of the compensation package, or $378K, was in option awards.
Alexander Duncan, Chief Technology Officer, earned $833K in 2018, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
