Agenus reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 28, 2020.
In 2019, three Agenus executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 218% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Agenus
Garo H. Armen, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 287% compared to 2018. 69% of Armen's compensation, or $6.8M, was in option awards. Armen also received $550K in bonus, $634K in salary, $1.9M in stock awards, as well as $4.2K in other compensation.
Jennifer Buell, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which increased by 142% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in option awards.
Evan D. Kearns, General Counsel, earned $1.6M in 2019.
