Akili reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 6, 2024.
In 2022, four Akili executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 66% increase compared to previous year.
W. Edward Martucci II, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which increased by 124% compared to 2021. 75% of Martucci's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Martucci also received $188K in non-equity incentive plan, $896K in option awards, $455K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Matthew Franklin, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M. 53% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
Jacqueline Studer, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.4M in 2022, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Santosh Shanbhag, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.2M in 2022.
