Akili reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on March 6, 2024.
In 2023, four Akili executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 65% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew Franklin, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which decreased by 59% compared to 2022. 49% of Franklin's compensation, or $676K, was in option awards. Franklin also received $156K in bonus, $472K in salary, $69K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
W. Edward Martucci II, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 79% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $440K, was in option awards.
Jacqueline Studer, Chief Legal Officer, earned $873K in 2023, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Santosh Shanbhag, Chief Financial Officer, received $691K in 2023, which decreases by 42% compared to 2022.
