Albemarle reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 26, 2019.
In 2018, five Albemarle executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Luther C. Kissam IV, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which decreased by 22% compared to 2017. 54% of Kissam's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Kissam also received $856K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $231K in other compensation.
Scott A. Tozier, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $940K, was in stock awards.
Karen G. Narwold, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Donald J. LaBauve, Jr, Chief Accounting Officer, received $668K in 2018, which decreases by 17% compared to 2017.
Matthew K. Juneau, Former Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, earned $138K in 2018, a 93% decrease compared to previous year.
