In 2021, four Biodel executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald H.W. Cooper, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 75% compared to 2020. 54% of Cooper's compensation, or $3.2M, was in option awards. Cooper also received $496K in non-equity incentive plan, $590K in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.

Martha J. Carter, Chief Regulatory Officer, earned $1.7M in 2021, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Simon N.R. Harford, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2021.
