Alcoa Corp reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 19, 2020.
In 2019, five Alcoa Corp executives received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Roy C. Harvey, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2018. 56% of Harvey's compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Harvey also received $1.6M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $68K in other compensation.
William F. Oplinger, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which decreased by 19% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Timothy D. Reyes, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2019, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey D. Heeter, General Counsel, received $2.7M in 2019, which increases by 17% compared to 2018.
John D. Slaven, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, earned $2.3M in 2019.
