Alcoa Corp reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, five Alcoa Corp executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Roy C. Harvey, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2019. 64% of Harvey's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Harvey also received $2.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $63K in other compensation.
William F. Oplinger, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Timothy D. Reyes, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, earned $3.1M in 2020, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey D. Heeter, General Counsel, received $3M in 2020, which increases by 10% compared to 2019.
John D. Slaven, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, earned $2.9M in 2020, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
