Allakos reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 15, 2020.
In 2018, four Allakos executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 527% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Alexander, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.1M in total, which increased by 636% compared to 2017. 91% of Alexander's compensation, or $7.3M, was in option awards. Alexander also received $250K in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Mark Asbury, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M. 99% of the compensation package, or $4.4M, was in option awards.
Adam Tomasi, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.2M in 2018, a 542% increase compared to previous year.
Henrik Rasmussen, Chief Medical Officer, received $2.5M in 2018, which increases by 349% compared to 2017.
