Allakos reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 15, 2020.
In 2019, five Allakos executives received on average a compensation package of $7.2M, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Alexander, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 56% compared to 2018. 92% of Alexander's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Alexander also received $396K in bonus, $600K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Adam Tomasi, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $8.2M, which increased by 95% compared to previous year. 91% of the compensation package, or $7.5M, was in stock awards.
Henrik Rasmussen, Chief Medical Officer, earned $5.6M in 2019, a 128% increase compared to previous year.
Leo Redmond, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.1M in 2019.
Mark Asbury, Chief Legal Officer, earned $4.7M in 2019, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
