Allakos reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 14, 2021.
In 2020, five Allakos executives received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert Alexander, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2019. 90% of Alexander's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Alexander also received $727K in bonus, $710K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Adam Tomasi, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $9.3M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 88% of the compensation package, or $8.3M, was in stock awards.
Henrik Rasmussen, Chief Medical Officer, earned $6.4M in 2020, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Asbury, Chief Legal Officer, received $4.1M in 2020, which decreases by 11% compared to 2019.
Leo Redmond, Chief Financial Officer, earned $463K in 2020, a 91% decrease compared to previous year.
