Allakos reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 23, 2024.
In 2023, three Allakos executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert Alexander, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2022. 42% of Alexander's compensation, or $2.6M, was in option awards. Alexander also received $685K in non-equity incentive plan, $805K in salary, $2.2M in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Adam Tomasi, President, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which decreased by 14% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in option awards.
Baird Radford, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2023, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
