Allegheny Technologies reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 20, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Allegheny Technologies received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Richard J. Harshman, Chairman, received $8.4M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 57% of Harshman's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Harshman also received $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $240K in other compensation.

Patrick J. DeCourcy, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.3M in 2018, which increases by 10% compared to 2017.
Kevin B. Kramer, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
