ALLETE reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, six ALLETE executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Alan R. Hodnik, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2017. 37% of Hodnik's compensation, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
