Alliant Energy reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 2, 2008.
In 2007, five executives at Alliant Energy received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
William D. Harvey, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.3M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2006. 53% of Harvey's compensation, or $3.8M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Harvey also received $677K in non-equity incentive plan, $812K in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $226K in other compensation.
Eliot G. Protsch, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which increased by 32% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Barbara J. Swan, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $1.3M in 2007, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas L. Aller, Senior Vice President- Energy Resource Development, received $683K in 2007, which decreases by 37% compared to 2006.
Dundeana K. Doyle, Senior Vice President- Energy Delivery, earned $554K in 2007, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
