Allovir reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 12, 2021.
In 2020, three Allovir executives received on average a compensation package of $9.5M, a 266% increase compared to previous year.
David Hallal, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 328% compared to 2019. 94% of Hallal's compensation, or $14M, was in option awards. Hallal also received $411K in non-equity incentive plan, $567K in salary, as well as $3.8K in other compensation.
Ercem Atillasoy, Chief Regulatory and Safety Officer, received a compensation package of $6.9M. 76% of the compensation package, or $5.3M, was in option awards.
Vikas Sinha, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.3M in 2020, a 288% increase compared to previous year.
