Allovir reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 6, 2022.
In 2021, five Allovir executives received on average a compensation package of $9.7M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
David Hallal, Chairman, received $17M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2020. 58% of Hallal's compensation, or $9.8M, was in option awards. Hallal also received $82K in non-equity incentive plan, $219K in salary, $6.6M in stock awards, as well as $95K in other compensation.
Diana Brainard, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $15M. 60% of the compensation package, or $9.1M, was in option awards.
Vikas Sinha, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.6M in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Agustin Melian, Chief Medical Officer, received $5.8M in 2021.
Jeroen van Beek, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $4.2M in 2021.
