Allovir reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 31, 2023.
In 2022, four Allovir executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 61% decrease compared to previous year.

Diana Brainard, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total, which decreased by 39% compared to 2021. 47% of Brainard's compensation, or $4.3M, was in option awards. Brainard also received $362K in non-equity incentive plan, $605K in salary, $3.9M in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Vikas Sinha, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which decreased by 56% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Jeroen van Beek, Former Chief Commercial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2022, a 64% decrease compared to previous year.
Edward Miller, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2022.
