Allovir reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 23, 2024.
In 2023, three Allovir executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Allovir
Diana Brainard, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.1M in total, which decreased by 34% compared to 2022. 53% of Brainard's compensation, or $3.2M, was in option awards. Brainard also received $623K in salary, $2.2M in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Vikas Sinha, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in option awards.
Edward Miller, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2023, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
