Altice USA CEO Dexter Goei's 2018 pay falls 77% to $12M

Altice USA reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, five Altice USA executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 66% decrease compared to previous year.
Dexter Goei, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 77% compared to 2017. 75% of Goei's compensation, or $9.1M, was in option awards. Goei also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $631K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Charles Stewart, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $2.9M, was in option awards.
Abdelhakim Boubazine, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.8M in 2018, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
David Connolly, General Counsel, received $1.2M in 2018, which increases by 38% compared to 2017.
Lisa Rosenblum, Chairman, earned $233K in 2018, a 62% decrease compared to previous year.
