Altice USA reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, six Altice USA executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 70% decrease compared to previous year.
Dexter Goei, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which decreased by 81% compared to 2018. 66% of Goei's compensation, or $1.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Goei also received $750K in salary and $11K in other compensation.
Michael E. Olsen, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.2M. 59% of the compensation package, or $720K, was in option awards.
Colleen Schmidt, EVP, Human Resources, earned $1.2M in 2019.
Michael J. Grau, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2019.
Abdelhakim Boubazine, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1M in 2019, a 74% decrease compared to previous year.
Charles Stewart, Chief Financial Officer, received $946K in 2019, which decreases by 75% compared to 2018.
