Altice USA reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 29, 2021.
In 2020, five Altice USA executives received on average a compensation package of $19M, a 1,364% increase compared to previous year.
Dexter Goei, Chief Executive Officer, received $48M in total, which increased by 2,024% compared to 2019. 64% of Goei's compensation, or $31M, was in option awards. Goei also received $3.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $779K in salary, $13M in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Abdelhakim Boubazine, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $24M, which increased by 2233% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $15M, was in option awards.
Michael J. Grau, Chief Financial Officer, earned $9.1M in 2020, a 708% increase compared to previous year.
Michael E. Olsen, General Counsel, received $7.5M in 2020, which increases by 514% compared to 2019.
Colleen Schmidt, EVP, Human Resources, earned $6M in 2020, a 418% increase compared to previous year.
