Altice USA reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, five Altice USA executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Dexter Goei, Chief Executive Officer, received $38M in total, which decreased by 20% compared to 2020. 48% of Goei's compensation, or $19M, was in stock awards. Goei also received $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $18M in option awards, $750K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Michael J. Grau, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $10M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in stock awards.
Michael E. Olsen, General Counsel, earned $7.4M in 2021, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Colleen Schmidt, EVP, Human Resources, received $5M in 2021, which decreases by 16% compared to 2020.
Abdelhakim Boubazine, Chief Operating Officer, earned $833K in 2021, a 96% decrease compared to previous year.
