PharmAthene reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on August 15, 2024.
In 2023, three executives at PharmAthene received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 124% increase compared to previous year.

Vipin K. Garg, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which increased by 90% compared to 2022. 57% of Garg's compensation, or $3.1M, was in option awards. Garg also received $335K in non-equity incentive plan, $620K in salary, $1.4M in stock awards, as well as $31K in other compensation.
Raymond M. Jordt, Chief Business Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M. 60% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
M. Scott Harris, Chief Medical Officer, earned $2.2M in 2023, a 55% increase compared to previous year.
