Amazon.com reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 13, 2022.
In 2021, six Amazon.com executives received on average a compensation package of $59M, a 148% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew R. Jassy, Chief Executive Officer, received $213M in total, which increased by 493% compared to 2020. 100% of Jassy's compensation, or $212M, was in stock awards. Jassy also received $175K in salary and $593K in other compensation.
Adam N. Selipsky, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $81M. 100% of the compensation package, or $81M, was in stock awards.
David H. Clark, Chief Executive Officer, earned $56M in 2021, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey P. Bezos, Founder, received $1.7M in 2021, which is the same as previous year.
Brian T. Olsavsky, Chief Financial Officer, earned $163K in 2021, a 99% decrease compared to previous year.
David A. Zapolsky, General Counsel, received $163K in 2021, which decreases by 99% compared to 2020.
