Amedisys reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, five Amedisys executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Paul B. Kusserow, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2017. 52% of Kusserow's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Kusserow also received $238K in non-equity incentive plan, $875K in salary, $1.2M in stock awards, as well as $34K in other compensation.
Sharon Brunecz, Chief Human Resources Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M. 48% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Scott G. Ginn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher T. Gerard, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.2M in 2018, which decreases by 54% compared to 2017.
David L. Kemmerly, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2018.
