Amedisys reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 28, 2021.
In 2020, five Amedisys executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul B. Kusserow, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.4M in total, which decreased by 50% compared to 2019. 77% of Kusserow's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Kusserow also received $547K in non-equity incentive plan, $900K in salary, as well as $35K in other compensation.
Christopher T. Gerard, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.7M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in stock awards.
Scott G. Ginn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
Sharon Brunecz, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $2.7M in 2020, which increases by 12% compared to 2019.
David L. Kemmerly, Chief Legal and Government Affairs Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
