Amedisys reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.

Paul B. Kusserow, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2020. 87% of Kusserow's compensation, or $7.2M, was in stock awards. Kusserow also received $159K in non-equity incentive plan, $900K in salary, as well as $43K in other compensation.

Scott G. Ginn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.3M in 2021, a 58% increase compared to previous year.
Sharon Brunecz, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $3.5M in 2021, which increases by 31% compared to 2020.
David L. Kemmerly, Chief Legal and Government Affairs Officer, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
