Ameren reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 26, 2020.
In 2019, seven Ameren executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Warner L. Baxter, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.7M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2018. 48% of Baxter's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Baxter also received $1.3M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $193K in other compensation.

Martin J. Lyons, Jr, Chairman, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which decreased by 9% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
