Ameren reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, five Ameren executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Warner L. Baxter, Chairman, received $9.8M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2020. 57% of Baxter's compensation, or $5.6M, was in stock awards. Baxter also received $553K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $158K in other compensation.
Martin J. Lyons, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
Michael L. Moehn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.1M in 2021, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard J. Mark, Chairman, received $2.5M in 2021, which increases by 2% compared to 2020.
Fadi M. Diya, Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer, Ameren Missouri, earned $2.2M in 2021, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
