American Eagle Outfitters reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 21, 2021.

Michael A. Mathias, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2020.
Robert L. Madore, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2020, which decreases by 23% compared to 2019.
American Eagle Outfitters' fiscal year ends on January 29.
